There are lots of job search sites out there, why should I become a member of Pumpt?

Pumpt is different. Here’s why:

(1) We are the only private career platform exclusively serving sales, sales support (creative services, marketing, sales planning and ad operations) & business development positions within the media, digital and ad tech industries. Our proprietary technology will help us match you with relevant positions & provide insights & career advice.
(2) You explore jobs confidentially – Your information is completely confidential until you choose to apply to a specific job – and even then, it is shared only with the direct hiring manager...no one else can see your information.
(3) We save you time...once you fill out a brief application, you’re done. You’ll hear from us when you’ve been matched to relevant positions.

Do you share any of my information?

Your privacy and confidentiality are very important to us. We do not sell, distribute your information or otherwise make it available to anyone else. All your details stay within Pumpt.

We also don’t want to link to a third party site which could potentially have access to information you do not want to share, especially sensitive information such as looking for a new job.

Will my manager/colleague/company know that I am using Pumpt to look for another job?

Not if you don’t tell them. In fact, hiring managers do not see any details about you unless you apply for their job. This puts you in control, safe in the knowledge that your personal information is not being distributed behind the scenes.

If you have my email address will I get lots of spam?

No. The purpose of providing us with your email address is so that we can keep you abreast of new jobs or information.

I created a profile and there are no matches. Did I just waste my time?

Not at all. New jobs are being added all the time. We will contact you when jobs are added that meet your skills and other criteria. Pumpt goes beyond simply finding you a job. We want to help enhance your career by providing you with insights in the job market and the digital and ad tech world in general.

I signed up but now I want to remove my profile. What do I do?

Automated account suspending and deletion will be available soon. For now, however, please email support@pumpthq.com, and we would be happy to remove your account..

What is the approval process for Candidates to join Pumpt?

We are looking for appropriate and strong Candidates to fill both sales and sales support roles. These positions range from entry to senior level positions.

We evaluate a variety of factors when considering a candidate's profile for Pumpt, including work experience, cultural fit, education and more.

What kind of employers are on Pumpt?

Our clients range from being both well established digital/media and ad tech companies to start-ups.

My current company uses Pumpt. Will they be able to see my profile?

Your trust is our top priority and we take every measure to make sure your search is discreet. You will see the job post before anyone sees you. So if you don’t want to be connected to a job, you can just ignore or delete...and no one will know the better.

Are there any opportunities for part-time, or remote roles?

Yes, we do have clients seeking Candidates for roles like these. However, they tend to be less common than traditional full-time roles.







Employer FAQ


There are many job listings sites out there, why should I become a member of Pumpt?

(1) We are the only private talent platform exclusively serving sales, sales support (e.g. creative services, marketing, sales planning and ad operations) & business development positions within the media, digital and ad tech industries. Our platform will help you get matched with relevant Candidates and stay on top of industry news.
(2) Our platform is private, which means you will only be put in touch after Pumpt has carefully vetted Candidates who match your priority hiring criteria.
(3) We do all the work for you...once you list a job...you’re done. We’ll notify you when you’ve been matched to candidates...and then you decide if you want to take action (or not).


Do you share any of my information?

Your privacy and confidentiality are very important to us. We do not sell, distribute your information or otherwise make it available to anyone else. Your details stay within Pumpt. We also don’t link to a third party site which could potentially have access to information you do not want to share.


If you have my email address will I get lots of spam?

No. The purpose of providing us with your email address is so that we can keep you abreast of new Candidate matches or information related to the platform. You can choose how frequently you’d like to get notified of updates.


I created a job post and there are no matches. Did I just waste my time?

Not at all. New Candidates are joining the platform all the time. One of the main objectives of Pumpt is to only connect you with candidates’ that are appropriate for your posted jobs and company. We will contact you when there is a good match for the roles you’ve posted.


I signed up but now I want to remove my profile. What do I do?

How much does it cost?

There’s a small set up charge and then you’re offered a free trial period. The free trial period is for either 6 months or until you’ve made your first candidate match - whichever one comes first. After the trial period is over, you are charged a monthly subscription fee. Please contact info@pumpthq.com to get additional information on the set up and subscription fees.


What is the approval process for Employers to join Pumpt?

We are looking for exceptional Employers in the industry offering positions that range from entry to senior level positions.


What kind of Candidates are on Pumpt?

Our Candidates range from being both seasoned professionals to junior-level professionals working within the industry.


Are there any opportunities for part-time, or remote roles?

Yes, we welcome freelance, part-time, and full-time positions.
